Orders & Pre-Orders

When will my order ship?
We pack orders in 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking once it leaves our studio.

What is a pre-order?
Pre-orders reserve your size before production. Current lead time: 2–4 weeks. Your card is charged at checkout and a tracking email arrives when it ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@theweekenduniform.com within 2 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?
Vancouver, Canada.

How long does shipping take?

Canada: Expedited, 2–7 business days
USA: Tracked, 4–7 business days
International: Tracked, 6–12 business days (location dependent)

Duties & taxes for international orders?
Local duties/fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return window?
Returns for refund within 14 days of delivery; exchanges within 21 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags.
Final sale: discounted items and gift cards.

How do I start a return/exchange?
Email hello@theweekenduniform.com with your order number and reason. We’ll reply with a prepaid label (return shipping may be deducted from your refund).

Sizing & Fit

How do the hoodies fit?
Unisex, relaxed fit. If between sizes, size down for a cleaner look or size up for oversized.

Where’s the size guide?
On each product page under “Size Guide.” Still unsure? Email us your height/weight/preferred fit.

Fabric, Care & Sustainability

What are they made of?
Premium, heavyweight cotton fleece with a soft brushed interior.

Care instructions?
Wash cold, inside-out. Hang dry (or tumble low). Avoid fabric softener to preserve color and embroidery.

Sustainability notes
We produce in small runs using responsibly sourced cotton, low-waste packaging, and limited drops to reduce overproduction.
