1. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise noted.

  • Once your order is placed, we’ll confirm by email. Please double-check your info. We’re good, but we can’t read minds.

  • Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments (or whichever method you choose at checkout).

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide (unless the post office says otherwise).

  • Shipping times may vary depending on where you live, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out fast.

  • Once your package leaves our hands, the delivery is in the hands of the courier service.

2A.  Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by your country’s border agency. These charges are not included in our prices, and The Weekend Uniform is not responsible for covering them.

  • Any duties or taxes must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We don’t control these fees (we wish we did), and unfortunately, we can’t predict them, avoid them, or sweet-talk customs on your behalf.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. 

  • To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@theweekenduniform.com 

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference. Store credit never expires (because comfort is always in season).

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our designs, logos, and products are ours. Please don’t copy them, unless you also want to copy our caffeine addiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We make clothes, not miracles. We’re not responsible for damages caused by misuse, lost packages once they’re with the courier, or any heartbreak caused by compliments you’ll receive wearing our stuff.
